Hilfe! Shop zeigt nur weisse Seite nach dem Box "Trusted_SHOP" activiert wurde.

Guten Morgen zusammen

Brauchen dringend Hilfe. Nach dem wir zum testen der Box "Truste_Shops" aktiviert haben, zeigt der Shop nur eine leere Seite. Auch keine login in admin-bereich möglich.
Folgenden Error konnte wir in error.logs.txt finden (Version des Shops v2.4.11)

Meine Frage ist was kann man nun machen, dass es wieder funktioniert? Wie kann man in der DB diese Funktion deaktivieren???

Ok das Problem selber gelöst... In der Datenbank --> Tabele Boxes --> Status id von trusted_shop wieder auf 0 gesetzt. Shop lauft wieder...

Trotzdem, dieses Fehler muss untersucht trozdem untersucht und behoben werden. Entsteht dadurch wenn man in Admin Bereich --> Boxen Manager --> Trusted Shop aktiviert... ist in unserem Fall so!. Hat jemand auch ein ähnliches Problem gehabt????

Wie geschrieben v 2.4.11, aber danke für Tipp

Werde mir anschauen welche dateien in der version 2.4.13 sind

Also in der letzten Versionen habe ich keine Dateien gefunden die im Trusted _Shop folder liegen sollen. Also versuchte ich die Dateien aus V2Next-standard template auszutauschen...
Sobald man es in Boxen manager aktiviert kommt zum gleichen error und die seite ist weiss.
